At Vail Christian Academy we have the wonderful privilege to look at the world around us and our education through a Biblical Worldview. Chapel is a time to gather together as a family to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is also a time to expand on topics and Bible verses that we are learning in class each day. Upper Academy comes together each Wednesday from 1:45-2:15pm to worship and study important topics that relate to the middle school years. Lower Academy gathers together each Wednesday from 2:20-2:55pm. Students from our fifth grade class help lead worship and become role models to our younger students.
Once a month Upper and Lower Academy combine as one and celebrate Chapel together. Each student is assigned a Big Brother or Sister, which fosters the essential family atmosphere that we desire to cultivate as a Christian school. We meet on Wednesday from 2:10-2:55pm in the main Sanctuary Auditorium. Our time includes worship and scripture memory through song, student learning demonstrations, announcements and award recognition. We bring in speakers, pastors, leaders and teachers at our school and in our community to share and teach during this time.
Everyone is welcome to attend!
