Preparing students to face their world with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm and to use their God-given gifts to make a difference is no small challenge.
We believe developing Christian virtue is the key to having a healthy disposition, leading to the joy and contentment which comes from being conformed to the image of Christ. Vail Christian Academy is committed to being a blessing in our community. Therefore, we offer students and parents various opportunities to serve others within the school, our local community, and the world at large.
Senior Care Ministries
We have partnered with The Pastor’s Network to help assist the homebound seniors in our community. Our 6th grade students championed the idea to build an intergenerational relationship with the seniors and serve them in purposeful and meaningful ways. Below is a picture of the birthday celebration for Ms. Virginia.
Big Buddy Program
We match Lower Academy students with Upper Academy students to foster a school mentoring program. This allows both ages to grow as individuals meeting the needs of the younger students and appreciating that we all have different gifts.
