At Vail Christian Academy intellectual rigor and deep faith are complementary. VCA’s learning program is grounded in Biblical truth that prepares the whole student for high school and beyond. ADMISSIONS
Admission to our Kindergarten program will be determined after a formal tour, parent interview, and evaluation of the application. A pre-school recommendation when applicable must be submitted for students entering Kindergarten.
Admissions Procedures:
1. Contact the school for a tour with the Head of School.
2. Applicants will be asked to apply, at this time they will also need to pay a non-refundable $150 deposit. (Link to our admissions portal to apply)
3. Student screening will be set up.
4. Admissions determination will be made after review of all material.
5. Once accepted, financial arrangements (including a non-refundable $500 deposit) will be made and a contract for tuition will be created.

Previous academic records must be supplied for students entering grades 1-8 and a teacher recommendation is required. Students entering First Grade must be 6 years old by October 1st. Exceptions may be granted in special situations.

One Payment Option: Full tuition payment due June prior to the beginning of the school year.
Two Payment Option: 50% of tuition due in June; remainder due in October.
12 Monthly Payments: First payment due July prior to the beginning of the school year; last payment due in June.

All tuition must be paid through FACTS Tuition Management. Families must enroll online through FACTS or by following these instructions:

Select the “Create an Account” link and follow the prompts
This step will bring you to the FACTS Login Portal where you can create a new account if you are a new family. Existing families can log in with your credentials. Setup must be completed by the Re-Enrollment/Enrollment Deadline to avoid incurring late fees.

All VCA families are encouraged to serve VCA through volunteerism for a minimum of 10 hours per school year. Families receiving financial assistance or special scholarships are required to serve additional hours aligned with the amount of assistance they receive.
